AA-LAI Binding machine

Automatic machine designed for binding the string around the ham and hanging it after salting. Inserting the "shank" (with or without the "trotter") in the correct position will activate two mechanisms that tie the rope in a circular movement. These mechanisms ensure that the length of the string is adjusted to the required specifications so that the suspended hams are always perfectly aligned irrespective of their sizes.
