2018 Langhi Sistemi LS.MIX500 Mixing Dosing and Packaging Line for Dense/Liquid Products with Suspended Particles

Complete mixing, dosing, and packaging system for dense or liquid products containing suspended solid particles, consisting of a 500L horizontal mixer (model LS.MIX500), rotary lobe pump (model LS.2-40), volumetric doser (model LS-TL 700cc), automatic packaging machine (model LS.Doy 300) for doypack pouches, and a thermal transfer marker for batch and expiry date coding. Products are manually loaded into the mixer by an operator, then transferred via the rotary lobe pump to the volumetric doser, which fills preformed doypack pouches in the packaging machine at approximately 400g per dose, with a production rate of 1,500-2,000 pieces per day. The system is configured for products such as ice cream syrup and candied fruit mixtures (70%/30% ratio), suited to processing formulations combining liquid bases with suspended solid pieces. Still packaged, never used.
