* Stainless Steel Oil Coater with provision for multiple oils to be added.

* 7 x Finished Product Holding Bins - 3 x 45t capacity, 4 x 10t capacity. Cooling fans to suit.

Extruder Line #1

* Weigh hopper - 3t capacity.

* Vertical Mixer - 4t capacity.

* Pregrind Bin - 10t capacity, live bottom.

* Product sifter (2.0mm screens)

* Hammermills - 1 x 200hp Sprout (1.6mm screens), 1 x 100hp Jasmith (3.1mm screens), independant reverse pulse duct collection integrated to the hammermill.

* Pre-Extrusion Surge Bin - 10t capacity, continuous vertical mixer action.

* Stainless steel pressure feedscrew. 

* Stainless steel pressurised pre-conditioner, provision for steam, water, digest and oil inclusion.

* Extrutech extruder, 200hp, 2-7tph capacity, provision for water inclusion, barrel cooling, cut and full flight screws, vsd knife motor and 50+ die plates to suit.

* Extruder Cyclone - pneumatic transfer system from knife drive to oven front.

* Wessburg Martin 2 stage Natural Gas Oven. Single pass, re-engineered oven slats for greater capacity. Oven fines collection and return to the production system.

* Kason Sieve - removal of fines, back into the production system.

* Stainless Steel Oil Coater with provision for multiple oils, digests (liquid and dry) and flavours to be added.

* 4 x Finished Product Holding Bins - 2 x 4t capacity, 2 x 15t capacity. Cooling fans and blowers to suit.

Extruder Line #2

* Weigh hopper - 3t capacity.

* Vertical Mixer - 4t capacity.

* Pregrind Bin - 10t capacity, live bottom.

* Hammermills - 1 x 200hp Sprout (1.6mm screens), independant reverse pulse duct collection integrated to the hammermill.

* Top Star extruder, 200hp, 2-7tph capacity, provision for water and steam inclusion, barrel cooling, cut and full flight screws, vsd knife motor and 50+ die plates to suit.

* Extruder Cyclone - pneumatic transfer system from knife drive to oven front.

* Top Star Continuous Batch Natural Gas Oven. Provision for pre-heating of ambient air for oven in-feed to reduce costs.

* Top Star Continuous Batch Cooler.

* Kason Sieve - removal of fines, back into the production system.

* Stainless Steel Oil Coater with provision for multiple oils, digests and flavours to be added.

* 4 x Finished Product Holding Bins - 2 x 4t capacity, 2 x 15t capacity. Cooling fans and blowers to suit.

Packing Plant

* Unloading System - 20tph.

* 11 x Finished Product Silos - 10 x 30t extruded food capacity, 1 x 9t capacity. 

* Twin 125mm Centreless Augers for all finished product silos to the internal packing plant.

* 5 x Kason sieves, 3 x 1200mm diameter, 2 x 1500mm diameter.

* 4 x Pre-Made bag Weighing Systems - 1 x 8kg capacity, 3 x 35kg capacity.

* 1 x Propac Vertical FFS Machine, Linear Weighing System, 1-8kg capacity.

* 3 x flow through metal detectors.

* 5 x in-line bag conveyor metal detectors - 2 x 35kg bag capacity, 3 x 8kg bag capacity.

* 3 x Verbruggen Palletisers. 1 x 6tph capacity, 2 x 8tph capacity, 2kg - 20kg bag ranges. Two equipped with pallet wrappers.
