“Hamburger” Forming Machine – Custom-Built System for Chocolate Discs / Biscuits / Patties

This machine was custom-built to produce cylindrical chocolate discs with protective paper sheets applied on both sides.

Designed originally for “chocolate hamburgers,” it can also produce biscuits, chocolate patties, small food discs, and similar shaped products depending on the material used.

Process Description

The chocolate mass is loaded into the main stainless-steel container (see photo).

A rotary forming system shapes the mass into cylinders, with adjustable height to achieve the desired product weight.

Paper discs are automatically applied on both sides, and the final product is expelled onto the output conveyor.
