Continuous cycle automatic machine designed for rubbing/massaging flat- or round-shaped meat such as speck and similar meat products (bacon, etc.), irrespective of weight and size. A special curing system which spreads salt over the meat prevents blockages, thanks to the moisture absorbed by the meat during this part of the process.
