2019 Casarini Robotica Hyundai HA06B Robotic MIG MAG Welding Cell

Turnkey robotic welding cell built around a floor-mounted 6-axis articulated robot working on a fixed modular fixture table. Configured for MIG/MAG and pulsed welding of aluminium and aluminium-magnesium alloy profiles, and also compatible with steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet (CuSi3 brazing), and flux-cored, metal-cored and hardfacing wires. The Fronius CMT generator is fully interfaced with the robot controller, so all process parameters are managed from the teach pendant. The cell is fully enclosed with perimeter guarding, an interlocked sliding door, a light curtain at the loading side and a fume extraction hood with a vertical anti-glare welding curtain. Includes an Industry 4.0 package with remote diagnostics, recipe management and CSV export of production data.
