HP 2450 Oil-Free R290 Low Temperature Turbocompressor Industrial Chiller 2450 kW

High-capacity industrial chiller using oil-free centrifugal turbocompressors and natural R290 (propane) refrigerant, with a wider temperature range for low-temperature cooling. The unit works with coolant temperatures from -12°C to +30°C, so it covers glycol circuits, low-temperature process cooling, and chilled water duty. Variable-speed control keeps efficiency high across the load range, with COP of 6.05 at full load and 6.9 at partial load, and the load range runs from 20% to 100%. There is no compressor oil circuit, so oil pumps, filters, and separators are not part of the maintenance plan. The unit connects to 400, 440, 460, or 480 V at 50 or 60 Hz. A propane detection and automatic safety system is part of the refrigerant package. Used for data center cooling, industrial process cooling, low-temperature and glycol cooling, food and beverage cooling, and large cooling plants that need continuous operation and close capacity control.
