Vicentini 250 Twin Auger Clay Mixer Deairing Pug Mill with Conveyor Belt and Pneumatic Cutter

Twin auger clay mixer and deairing pug mill for the continuous preparation of clay, with a capacity of 4,000 kg/h. The cast iron machine has two 250 mm augers that mix the clay and remove air from it, then extrude a continuous clay column with a 250 mm outlet diameter. A pneumatic cutter cuts the column to length, and a clay conveyor belt carries the pieces away. The gears and augers are in good condition. The motor runs on 400 V, 50 Hz, three-phase supply. This is a used machine. Used in brick, tile, roof tile, terracotta, pottery, tableware, and sanitaryware production for mixing, deairing, and extruding clay and ceramic bodies, in industrial ceramic plants and clay processing lines that need a steady, bubble-free clay supply for presses, extruders, and forming machines.
