2020 Electric Pure Steam Generator

Mobile pure steam generator in stainless steel, heated electrically by two flanged immersion heater bundles. It is used to produce clean steam for sterilisation, steam-in-place (SIP) and humidification in pharmaceutical, biotech, cosmetic, laboratory and food processing environments. The vessel has a bolted top manway, sanitary tri-clamp connections, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, a sight glass and level sensors, all inside an insulated outer cladding. The control panel is mounted on the unit and has a digital controller, heater and valve status lamps, an emergency stop and a main isolator switch. The unit sits on castors with brakes and comes with a long power cable and an industrial plug, so it can be moved between points of use.
