2000 Nemo System Modular Laboratory Mixer

Modular laboratory reaction system for running, controlling, and recording small-scale chemical reaction and mixing processes. The control unit sits in a stainless steel laboratory table and supplies the mixing, heating, heat exchange, and process control for the reactor, with reaction chambers from 0.5 to 5 liters that mount on the unit. It works from full vacuum up to 50 bar and up to 300°C, using a magnetically coupled or mechanically sealed stirrer with interchangeable mixing elements, a tube and shell heat exchanger, and automatic temperature and process control. The reactor can be scaled up by adding larger chambers, and the 5 liter chamber produces batches large enough for market samples and fine-tune production. Process-side surfaces are polished to 0.1 micron roughness. Included monitoring software logs process parameters in real time, numbers each test with a serial ID and operator login, and exports the data to Excel for later evaluation. Unused, supplied with the kit components listed below. Used in pharmaceutical, fine chemical, cosmetic, polymer, resin, and specialty chemical laboratories for process development, pilot batches, reaction scale-up, and research and development.
