2019 Forel Vertical Glass Washing Machine 2500 mm

This is a vertical washing and drying machine for flat glass sheets, with a maximum working height of 2,500 mm. Glass travels upright from left to right on a motorized roller conveyor at the base, leaning against support frames covered in soft material on the infeed and outfeed sections. The central washing module has four hinged access doors along the front, so the brushes, nozzles and drying section are easy to reach for cleaning and maintenance. Air ducts on top of the machine feed the drying section. A control panel on the front of the machine has a display and push-button controls.

The machine washes and dries glass before insulating glass assembly, lamination, tempering, silk-screen printing, painting or packing. It also removes grinding residue after edging and drilling. Typical materials are float glass, clear and tinted glass, extra-clear glass, mirror, tempered and laminated glass, and coated glass. It fits insulating glass (IGU / double and triple glazing) lines, glass processing and tempering plants, window and facade manufacturers, and glass furniture and interior glass producers.
