2023 Weingärtner Pick-Up 400M-4000 CNC Turning-Milling Center

CNC turning-milling center with single slide machine base and CNC control capable of 5-axis linear interpolation, controlled via Siemens 840D solutionline with digital axis drives. The machine features a vertical slide with precision ball screw spindle and hydraulic counterbalance, horizontal slide with precision ball screw spindle, and a headstock with oil-mist lubricated spindle bearings and dual drive design supporting both turning and milling operation modes. The turning-milling unit includes main and swiveling drive for interchangeable machining heads on the B-axis, complemented by front and rear self-centering steady rests independently positioned via CNC drives, a chip conveyor with coolant recirculation, and a fully enclosed machine housing with driven guard doors and inspection windows meeting DIN EN 23125 resistance class C3.
