2024 AOPack BM3000-HD Corrugated Box Making Machine

Heavy duty box making machine designed for short-run and on-demand corrugated box production, processing standard and high-strength corrugated cardboard from E flute to AAA, including 3/5/7-ply single, double, and triple wall board, with board widths up to 3,000 mm and unlimited length. The machine handles cardboard thicknesses from 2-16 mm and grammage up to 2,400 g/m², with order changeover in 1-6 seconds, supporting rapid switching between box styles for short-run and made-to-order production. Equipped with 2 slotting knives (500 mm length), 4 vertical creasing knives with knife sharpening function, 4+4 scoring/creasing wheels, 1 cross cutting knife, glue flap crush function, and capability for handle hole cutting on box sides (150 x 300 mm). Supports over 150 box styles. Used in corrugated box manufacturing, packaging production, and box-on-demand operations for the production of shipping cartons, retail packaging, and custom corrugated boxes for e-commerce, logistics, and industrial packaging applications.
