2026 Tecnologia Meccanica J-150 Jetmill Micronization Line

Fluid jet mill micronization line for laboratory and small-scale production, based on proprietary fluid jet mill technology developed and refined over 30 years of contract micronization use. The unit is constructed in AISI 316L stainless steel mirror-polished to Ra 0.25 microns, or optionally Hastelloy, with a screw-free, crevice-free design for rapid cleaning and validation. The system achieves batch yields of typically 99.5%, eliminates blow-back phenomena, limits caking of sticky powders, and processes at constant temperature with no heat generation, supporting easy scale-up while maintaining consistent particle size distribution (PSD). The standard pharma-execution line includes a fluid jet mill on supporting table with upper/lower plates, central nozzle ring and V-clamp closure, twin screw volumetric feeder, manifold with pneumatic main valve, sanitary ball process valves, point-of-use sterile filter, pressure gauges and thermometer, cyclone filter with polyester anti-static filter sleeves and sanitary butterfly valve for product collection, final filter unit with pre-filter, semi-absolute and absolute HEPA filter (99.997% efficiency) with modulating system, and main control panel with HMI. Optional configurations include gravimetric pharma feeders, special internal linings (PTFE, PUR/Vulkollan, ceramic, titanium nitride), sanitary rotary valve, RIP/WIP/SIP systems, and explosion-proof configurations (10 bar pressure resistant or burst disc) with full PLC automation. Alternative simplified versions are available for cosmetic, fine chemical, food, and filler applications. The machine is brand new, fully functional, and can be viewed in operation. Documentation includes project manual with materials certificates and NDT, FAT/SAT and DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ validation, full validation package compliant with FDA standards on PLC/HMI and GAMP (CFR 21 Part 11), ATEX compliance for hazardous environments, and CE certification.
