2018 Custom-Built Fruit Arils Separation Tank with Conveyor Belt

Custom-designed fruit (pomegranate) processing system used to separate arils from the white tannic pith of the fruit through a flotation method, where the pith rises to the surface for removal while arils are conveyed away for collection. The system consists of a stainless steel tank for the flotation process, connected to an inclined and straight-section conveyor belt fitted with a perforated PVC belt, stainless steel structure, slats, rollers, perforated sheet metal cladding, gear reducer, and electrical control panel. An operator platform and an elevated access platform with stairs and safety railing are included for supervision and maintenance access. Used in fruit processing facilities for pomegranate arils extraction and separation ahead of packaging or juice production.
