2018 AP Sintesi PET Bottle Filling, Capping, and Labeling System (RTVA5 + ETA10)

Complete filling, capping, and labeling system composed of two separable or connectable blocks, designed for small and medium-scale beverage producers processing fruit juices and similar liquid products. A single operator can run the entire line by loading empty bottles on the infeed conveyor and unloading filled, capped, and labeled bottles at the outfeed, or the filling/capping unit can operate independently from the labeler depending on production needs. The filling station uses a food-grade stainless steel volumetric doser with pneumatically controlled filling head, easily disassembled for cleaning and sanitation, with nitrogen or inert gas flushing prior to capping to preserve product freshness and reduce oxidation. The capping station applies plastic screw caps via a screw-type capping head with vibrating hopper cap feeder. Quick-change format parts (steel star wheel) allow fast changeover for small batch production runs. The labeling unit applies label and counter-label from the same roll onto round PET bottles, with integrated thermal transfer date/lot stamping and PLC touch-screen control on both units. Machine base in stainless steel with transparent polycarbonate guarding. Used in juice bottling, beverage production, and small-batch PET bottle packaging lines requiring flexible format changes and food-grade hygiene standards.
