CMC Italia Q Cover Four – Semi-Automatic Hard Cover Making Machine

This CMC Italia Q Cover Four is a semi-automatic machine for the production of hardback covers, presented in very good condition and ready for immediate production. Built by CMC Italia S.r.l. of Cusano Milanino, Milan — one of Italy's leading manufacturers of bookbinding finishing equipment — the machine combines ease of setup with high output capacity, producing in excess of 300 covers per hour.

The Q Cover Four is equipped with a hot/cold glue application module, vacuum table for precise material positioning, two edge-wrapping modules for finishing all four sides of the covering material in a single pass, pressing rollers for clean adhesion, and a cardboard positioning module. The machine accepts a wide range of covering materials including smooth and laminated paper, photo paper, canvas, and eco or genuine leather. The control panel features a Panasonic touchscreen display alongside dedicated switches for glue system, suction motor, cycle control, and temperature regulation.
