Used Bendazzoli NBB186/48 CE Printer Slotter (2001) – fully overhauled 2025, 1860mm circumference, 5000 boxes/hr, auto preset, touchscreen console. Corrugated packaging machinery.

Built in 2001 by Bendazzoli Costruzioni Meccaniche, this unit has undergone full mechanical and partial electrical revision in 2025, including sandblasting and repainting of all machine groups.

2025 Mechanical Overhaul — Key Interventions

The machine has been extensively rebuilt, with the following work completed:

• Slotter group: fully rebuilt to new condition
• Print group: partial revision including new anilox and rubber cylinders, new compensator, new bearings, new lubrication pump, and overhauled ink delivery pump
• Feeder group: partial revision including new feed rollers, new lubrication pump, main motor fully rebuilt by CEAR, and new CAM bearing
• Static group: fully rebuilt to new condition
• Full sandblasting and repainting of all machine groups

2025 Electrical Revision

Partial electrical overhaul completed, including replacement of sensors, push buttons, on-board cabling, solenoid valves, and electrical group panels.

Safety

The machine is equipped with protective guards on all moving parts, sensors for guard-open detection, emergency mushroom buttons on each group, and cable pull stops for movement blocking across all units.
