The line covers the full IGU (Insulating Glass Unit) manufacturing cycle: spacer frame bending, glass washing, assembly, pressing, and gas filling — all in a continuous vertical workflow.

The GFPM spacer frame bender (2016) is a newer addition to the line, ensuring high precision and compatibility with modern warm-edge and aluminium spacers. The Forel press is equipped for argon gas filling, meeting current energy efficiency standards for insulating glass production.
