This AOI inspection system is equipped with advanced 3D inspection technology using digital Moiré OMNI-VISION®, enabling accurate measurement and defect detection before and after reflow processes. The system integrates a high-resolution 15 MP CoaXPress camera and a SIDE-VIEWER® 10 MP system for enhanced inspection of complex components and solder joints.

The multi-frequency projection system with blue DLP (12 projections) ensures reliable 3D reconstruction and inspection accuracy, while the programmable multi-focus Z-axis INTELLI-PRO® system allows precise inspection across varying component heights.
