IV 055L is a robust industrial vacuum suitable for vacuuming large quantities of fine powders, without the risk of filter blockage. The vacuum is equipped with a powerful 5.5 kW turbine and pneumatic cleaning of cartridge filters. The IV 055 L industrial vacuum is ideal for suction of dry powders that under normal working conditions can clog the filter, reducing the suction performance of fine powders (the FILTRATION pneumatic cleaning system represents the ideal solution for powders from construction sites, cement plants, surface treatment). The suction is guaranteed by a powerful 5.5 kW turbine that has been completely rebuilt and requires no ordinary maintenance. IV 055 L is equipped with 4 high-surface-area filter cartridges that are cleaned automatically and on a time schedule by a filter cleaning system, allowing the operator to vacuum in continuous cycle until the container is completely filled. This industrial vacuum is equipped with a tangential nozzle with a cyclone to improve separation of the suctioned material. The container is quickly detachable with the possibility to use disposable bags. As standard, a differential pressure gauge for signaling a clogged filter. All machines in this range come with a warranty and have the option to sign a scheduled maintenance contract that allows the user to be free from worries!
