Thanks to the patented Dulevo mechanical-suction-filtration system, the 6000 sweeper works three times more than any traditional sweeper. Collection is performed mechanically by the side brushes that funnel debris toward the center of the machine, where the cylindrical central brush throws them at high speed onto a vertical conveyor. The debris is loaded from the top into the waste container, thus optimizing the machine’s loading capacity. Dust raised by the cylindrical central brush is sucked and held in the waste container thanks to the suction created inside the container by two high-flow and high-pressure suction fans. The special fabric filtering system also traps the finest dust and completes the sweeping cycle, ensuring pure air reentry into the environment. The compact size of the powerful suction turbines, along with their positioning and appropriate shields, reduce the vehicle’s noise to extremely low levels. The least possible disturbance to operators and pedestrians has also been pursued through extensive use of sound-absorbing materials, aimed at eliminating all sources of vibrations.
