Thanks to the patented Dulevo mechanical-suction-filtration system, the 6000 sweeper works three times more than any traditional sweeper. Debris is collected mechanically by the side brushes which convey debris toward the center of the machine, where the central cylindrical brush launches it at high speed onto a vertical conveyor. The debris is loaded from the top into the waste container, thereby optimizing the machine’s loading capacity. Dust raised by the central cylindrical brush is sucked and retained in the waste container thanks to the vacuum created in the container by two high-flow, high-headroom suction fans. The particular fabric filtration system also traps the finest dust and completes the sweeping cycle by ensuring the reinsertion of only pure air back into the environment. The reduced size of the powerful suction turbines, together with their positioning and appropriate shielding, reduce the machine’s noise to extremely low levels. The minimum possible disturbance to operators and passersby has also been pursued through the extensive use of sound-absorbing materials, aimed at eliminating all sources of vibration.
