Pantograph milling machine designed for machining aluminum profiles, ideal for workshops specializing in aluminum window and door frames, shutters, and similar joinery applications.

The machine is equipped with a template plate featuring multiple drilling patterns and a mechanical copying probe, allowing precise and repeatable milling and drilling operations on aluminum profiles. This system makes it particularly suitable for producing handle slots, lock holes, and other machining operations required in aluminum frame production.

The central milling unit features a vertical spindle mounted on column guides, ensuring stable and accurate machining. The X and Y axes are manually controlled through ergonomic handles, while the Z-axis depth is operated via a vertical lever. Adjustable travel stops on all axes allow accurate positioning and repeatable machining.

A manual lubrication system with nozzle provides cutting fluid directly to the working area, helping reduce tool wear and improve machining quality. The machine is powered by a three-phase 400V electrical supply and includes motor protection with an emergency stop switch for operator safety.

The unit is supplied with tightening wrenches and milling cutters (3 mm, 4 mm, and 5 mm).
