FOREL Complete Insulating Glass (IG) line with gas press, scanner and vertical edging machine

Fully integrated Forel insulating glass production line, capable of processing glass sheets up to 2,500 x 4,000 mm. The line is composed of several interconnected stations covering the full IG unit manufacturing process, from glass edging and washing through assembly, gas filling, pressing, and automatic sealing. All major components are from leading European manufacturers in the flat glass processing industry.

Line Components

1. Forel Vertical Edging Machine (Year: 2019) Vertical glass edging station for flat and arrissed edge finishing. Equipped with multi-axis grinding spindles and conveyor system for vertical glass handling.

2. Forel Washing & Drying Machine (Refurbished: 2017) Vertical glass washer and dryer positioned inline to ensure clean, contaminant-free glass surfaces prior to assembly. Refurbished to operational standards in 2017.

3. Forel Assembly Station (Year: 2017) Vertical assembly station for precise spacer bar and glass pane positioning. Designed for both double and triple glazing configurations up to the maximum sheet size.

4. Deltamax Barcode Scanner / Identification System (Year: 2017) Integrated scanning and identification system for production tracking and quality control throughout the line.

5. Forel Gas Filling Press (Year: 2017) Vertical gas press for argon or other noble gas filling of IG units, with integrated pressing function to ensure correct cavity gap and airtight seal prior to final sealing.

6. Forel Automatic Sealing Robot with Extruder & Freezer (Year: 2017) Fully automatic robotic sealing unit applying secondary sealant (silicone or polysulfide) around the perimeter of the IG unit. Equipped with extruder and cooling/freezer system for sealant management.

7. Idrotecnica Water Purification System (Year: 2019) Demineralized water production unit supplying the washing machine with process-grade purified water to prevent glass contamination and streaking.
