Complete Terracotta Pot Production Line with Moretti Forni Gas Kiln Visomec Undercut Press and Vicentini De-Airing Pug Mill

Complete plant for industrial production of terracotta garden pots, planters, troughs and decorative pieces. It covers every stage from raw clay to fired product: clay preparation and de-airing, forming, drying and kiln firing.

Forming uses three complementary press technologies, so one plant can make a wide range of shapes:

• Metal moulds with electroshock release: smooth and tapered pots.
• Opening metal moulds: round pieces with undercuts and festoons, at 1 to 4 pieces per minute depending on size.
• Opening plaster moulds: decorated pieces with festoons and undercuts, such as rectangular and square planters.

The plant currently produces a terracotta range that includes:

• round pots and planters from 30 to 56 cm in diameter
• square planters from 22 x 22 to 38 x 38 cm
• smooth, festooned and oval troughs up to 62 x 29 cm
• bowls, umbrella stands and a 145 cm wall fountain
