Lisec Glass Processing Line – Washing Machine, Gas Press, Sealing Machine (Lot of 3)

Lot of three Lisec glass processing machines for insulating glass unit production: washing machine model VHW-D27/4, gas filling press model FPS-35/25U, and sealing machine model VL-1N/25. The washing machine, year 2019, installed January 2020, has a glass height capacity of 2700 mm and is used for cleaning glass panes prior to processing. The gas filling press, year 1998, used/reconditioned by Lisec in 2020 and installed together with the washing machine, processes glass up to 3500 x 2500 mm at 80 mm thickness, with double pressing option, for gas filling and pressing of insulating glass units. The sealing machine, year 2004, underwent a complete Long Life Lisec revamp in 2025 including replacement of hardware, software, wiring, and drives, and processes glass up to 3500 x 2500 mm for triple glazing units up to 56 mm thickness, extendable to 80 mm with optional extra, for edge sealing of insulating glass units. The line is located in Italy and is in like-new condition. Used in insulating glass unit (IGU) manufacturing for washing, gas filling, pressing, and sealing of double and triple glazed units.
