2004 DCM Sleeve 3 Label Sleeve Seaming Machine

DCM Sleeve 3 sleeve label seaming machine, year of construction 2004, used for welding/seaming shrink sleeve labels in roll form. The machine has been fully disassembled and subjected to mechanical and electrical overhaul, with replacement of worn or defective components, and repainted during the overhaul. All idle rollers have been re-covered with new cork/rubber lining. The machine is fitted with perforating blades and a BST lay-flat control system for monitoring web width during processing. Configuration includes a single-shaft unwinder with 3" mandrel and a single-shaft rewinder with 6" mandrel. Used in label converting and packaging operations for the production and seaming of shrink sleeve labels prior to application on containers and bottles.
