2000 Zambelli LFT 50 Shrink Wrapping Machine

Zambelli LFT 50 automatic shrink wrapping machine, year of construction 2000, designed for multi-format packaging in film only, cardboard tray + film, or tray + film configurations, with output up to 50 packs per minute. The machine is suited for plastic and glass bottles, cans, and jars. Motors and transmissions are positioned at the rear, separated from the front packaging area, supporting maintenance access and hygiene in the wrapping zone. Product separation is handled by a bar system with chain transmission driven by a servo motor, regulating pressure on the product and reducing format-change time. The cutting unit uses a single rotary blade driven by a servo motor, allowing use of thin film. The shrink tunnel is designed with differentiated air flows for energy consumption control and shrink performance on printed film. The machine was kept in production until replacement with a newer Zambelli model as part of a line upgrade, purchased from the manufacturer in 2022 following overhaul. Disassembly from the line was carried out by Zambelli technicians. Manual format change system for multi-format operation. Currently disassembled and ready for delivery; the machine can be viewed by the buyer in non-operating condition.
