2009 Flat Glass Tempering Furnace – F&C by Mazzaroppi

A large-capacity industrial tempering line designed for the production of fully tempered and heat-strengthened flat glass for architectural, automotive, and industrial applications.

The furnace features a full ceramic roller conveyor transport system ensuring uniform heat distribution and scratch-free glass handling throughout the heating and quenching cycle. The cooling/quenching section is equipped with a high-capacity air blowing system for rapid and controlled glass tempering.

The line is managed by a Siemens S7 PLC control system with a dedicated dual-monitor operator workstation, allowing precise control of all process parameters including temperature profiles, conveyor speed, and cooling intensity. The main electrical panel is equipped with a Siemens WL I 1600N air circuit breaker (1,600A) and a Siemens SENTRON PAC3200 power monitoring unit for full electrical supervision.
