Description
The 2003 TECNOPLAST 2000 SAS is a used blown film extruder designed for efficient material processing. It features a 65 mm extruder with a 30 L/D ratio, equipped with both MELT pressure and temperature meters. The single-layer oscillating extrusion head and high-capacity cooling ring enhance the quality and consistency of film production. With an inverter-powered electric fan and numerous support structures, this unit is built for durability and performance. This model accommodates materials such as LDPE and compostable compositions, delivering film widths between 600 and 1,600 mm and thicknesses ranging from 30 to 200 microns. It maintains a maximum production speed of 80 meters per minute, with a production capacity of 100 to 160 kg/h. The die diameter options (100-300 mm) and adjustable Blow Up Ratio (1.5-4.5) are suited for tailored manufacturing needs. Complementary to the core system, the machine includes a double automatic winder capable of handling maximum finished reel diameters of 1,000 mm, and a calender unit and winding stations. It also offers additional components such as reels for printing treatment and cutting knives for varied customization. This extruder stands at a total line height of 9 meters, integrating robust design for consistent, high-quality output.
